a.     Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Browse Poster's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

d.  care should always be taken when feeding any plant material to animals, and it is important, when feeding appropriate individual plant species to any animal, inter alia to:

  1. do this as part of a varied diet (inter alia to avoid the potential build-up of certain toxins);
  2. exercise caution if sourcing plants growing along roadsides (inter alia due to traffic exhaust pollution); and
  3. avoid plants that have been treated with insecticides or anti-fungal washes;

e.  even if one plant subspecies is safe to feed to any given animal species or taxa, this may not necessarily be the case for other subspecies within the same plant species, or other members of the same plant genus or family;

f.  not all parts of a so-called poisonous plant are necessarily poisonous: the toxic constituents are not always distributed uniformly throughout the plant and may not be present in significant concentrations in certain parts. The concentration of these substances can also vary with the stage of growth and growing conditions of the plant. Palatability and toxicity of plant species can also change according to season; and

g.  unless specified otherwise therein, the guidelines set out in Browse Posters’ products are aimed at adult (not juvenile) animals.


4. Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Browse Poster or its trustees or its suppliers or the publisher of any Browse Poster product be liable for any action or claim, loss, injury, damage or inconvenience (each a “Loss”) caused or alleged to be caused, directly or indirectly, by or as the result of information contained within a Browse Poster product or its listed sources, or any errors in or omissions therefrom, or arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Browse Poster's website and/or any product produced and/or supplied by Browse Poster, even if Browse Poster or a Browse Poster authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such Loss.

The materials appearing on Browse Poster's web site and/or any goods supplied via its website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Browse Poster does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Browse Poster may make changes to the materials contained on its website and/or any goods supplied via its website at any time without notice. Browse Poster does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials (whether on its website or in/on any goods supplied via its website.

Browse Poster has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Browse Poster of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

Browse Poster may revise these terms of use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.


8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Browse Poster's website and/or goods provided by Browse Poster and/or any contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to any conflict of law provisions.


9. Warranties Given by You

a.     By placing any order through this website, you warrant that:

          1.     you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract with us;

          2.     you are fully authorised to enter into a binding contract with us; and

          3.     the information which you provide is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.

b.     You will indemnify Browse Poster on demand against any loss incurred by Browse Poster should any of the warranties in paragraph 9a above be breached by you.


Formation of Contract, and Shipping & Payment Information

a.     Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract will only take place once we have confirmed that payment for your order has been received and the products you have ordered have been despatched.

b.     Payment must be received before orders are despatched.

c.     Shipping costs also cover packaging.

d.     All orders will be sent by Royal Mail.

e.     Orders are usually despatched within 3-5 working days of receiving payment but we aim to despatch the following working day. 

f.     The estimated delivering time is a guideline only and any delays by Royal Mail cannot be deemed to be the responsibility of Browse Poster.

g.     Please note that shipping cost may not be displayed correctly until a country has been selected.


Returns and Refunds Policy

a.     Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are contracting with us as a consumer online, you have the right to cancel your contract (order) at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you received the goods. If you’ve changed your mind you can notify us of your wish to cancel your order by contacting us in writing. We will contact you to confirm we have received notification of your wish to cancel. If we have dispatched your goods you must return them, no later than 14 days after the day on which you confirmed your wish to cancel, in order to receive a refund.

b.     You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unused, in order for us to be able to process your refund. Handling should not be beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods and should not go beyond the sort of handling that might reasonably be allowed in a shop. Please ensure goods are returned securely as we cannot be held liable for returned items which do not reach us.

c.     If, pursuant to paragraph (a) above, you notify us of your wish to cancel your order before we have despatched the goods we will refund the price paid for the goods and the original delivery charge, within 14 calendar days of receiving your notification, to the original payment method.

d.     If, pursuant to paragraph (a) above, you cancel your order after we have despatched your goods, we will refund the price paid for such goods and the outbound delivery charge, based on standard delivery, to the original method of payment, within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the goods or, if earlier, the day on which we receive evidence that the goods have been returned. If only part of the order is cancelled the outbound delivery charge will not be refunded. We will not refund the cost of returning the goods to us.

e.     Browse Poster reserves the right to withdraw advertised items from sale. In the event an item you have ordered is no longer available, you will receive a full refund in respect of such item.

f.     You must contact Browse Poster before returning any items, either pursuant to paragraph (a) above or pursuant to any applicable statutory right.

g.     Refunds will not be given other than pursuant to an applicable statutory right (including as set out in this paragraph (a) above).

h.     If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact Browse Poster within 2 days of receipt. Proof of damage must be provided and accepted by the courier before a full refund or replacement can be arranged.

i.     If an item is lost or delayed in the post, please contact Browse Poster.
