Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are contracting with us as a consumer online, you have the right to cancel your contract (order) at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you received the goods. If you’ve changed your mind you can notify us of your wish to cancel your order by contacting us in writing. We will contact you to confirm we have received notification of your wish to cancel. If we have dispatched your goods you must return them, no later than 14 days after the day on which you confirmed your wish to cancel, in order to receive a refund. b. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unused, in order for us to be able to process your refund. Handling should not be beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods and should not go beyond the sort of handling that might reasonably be allowed in a shop. Please ensure goods are returned securely as we cannot be held liable for returned items which do not reach us. c. If, pursuant to paragraph (a) above, you notify us of your wish to cancel your order before we have despatched the goods we will refund the price paid for the goods and the original delivery charge, within 14 calendar days of receiving your notification, to the original payment method. d. If, pursuant to paragraph (a) above, you cancel your order after we have despatched your goods, we will refund the price paid for such goods and the outbound delivery charge, based on standard delivery, to the original method of payment, within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the goods or, if earlier, the day on which we receive evidence that the goods have been returned. If only part of the order is cancelled the outbound delivery charge will not be refunded. We will not refund the cost of returning the goods to us. e. Browse Poster reserves the right to withdraw advertised items from sale. In the event an item you have ordered is no longer available, you will receive a full refund in respect of such item. f. You must contact Browse Poster before returning any items, either pursuant to paragraph (a) above or pursuant to any applicable statutory right. g. Refunds will not be given other than pursuant to an applicable statutory right (including as set out in this paragraph (a) above). h. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact Browse Poster within 2 days of receipt. Proof of damage must be provided and accepted by the courier before a full refund or replacement can be arranged. i. If an item is lost or delayed in the post, please contact Browse Poster. j. This booklet contains 57 species of trees and shrubs commonly used as browse for a range of primates; each plant species is displayed across a double page with a quick reference guide to safe feeding of the following groupings: Great apes, Colobinae, Indriidae, Lemuridae, Cercopithecinae, Atelidae + Capuchin and Siamang + Crested Gibbon.

The booklet also contains information on contents of plant toxins and a brief dictionary explaining the various types of secondary plant metabolites mentioned within the booklet.

The majority of the plant species listed is native to Europe although some species from other geographical areas are also included.
